Meanwhile, consolidating the country’s position as the gateway to east African energy, speaker confirmations by Ethiopia’s State Minister for the Energy Sector, H.E. Dr. Eng. Sultan Wali, as well as Somalia’s Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, H.E. Hon.
